What is it about the smell of freshly baked homemade carrot cake?!
We grated a lot of organic farm grown carrots, used almost all of the spices in our kitchen, chopped some roasted walnuts, we obviously put a banana in there for good measure and finished by layering our cashew nut cream cheese on top. And here she is, vegan, organic, plant based, sugar free spiced carrot and banana bread with roasted walnuts.
