We have been soaking these juicy raisins in rum and cinnamon since the beginning of November!
And they’re finally ready. The richest, most flavorsome, rummiest raisins in all of Bangkok!
Obviously we had to bake a lot of them into our infamous vegan banana bread. Because we can’t seem to create anything without baking it into banana bread! And it’s Christmas AND who doesn’t love rum?!

‘Rum Rum Raisin’
Bananas, rum, raisins, almond milk, coconut oil, cinnamon, ginger, himalayan pink salt, soft wheat flour, baking soda, dates.
Keeps for 7 to 10 days in the fridge before drying out.
Your banana bread will be OK to eat up to 14 days after purchase but may be more dry during this time. We recommend popping it in the oven for a few minutes to soften and bring back a little moisture. Then spreading with our chocolate glaze or mixed berry and chia seed jam!
Please store in an airtight container or wrap in plastic wrap for maximum freshness.
