So we felt it only right to make coconut cake with a pandan and rose frosting...


Light, fluffy vegan coconut cake with freshly grated organic young coconut and a cashew pandan and pink rose frosting just in time for this wildly hot Bangkok summer. ☀️

‘Shall We Milk That Coconut’

  • Fresh coconut, dried coconut, coconut milk, coconut oil, coconut sugar, soft wheat flour, himalayan pink salt, cashews, rose, spirulina, baking soda, coconut flower nectar. 

  • Please keep in the fridge in an airtight container. If stored well, you can keep your products for up to two weeks before drying out.
